Base Salary
$135k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, design, architecture, implementation, and delivery of Slate software.
- Code and test system components and lead code and design reviews.
- Own end-to-end code quality, system tests, functional tests, and integration.
- Solve challenging problems through simplification, innovation, creativity, and sound judgment.
- Collaborate with UX and product teams to build customer-focused solutions and applications.
- Drive awareness of the business impact of technical decisions and make long-term technology trade-offs.
- Mentor individuals and the broader technical community on advanced technical issues and support career development.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 6 years of programming experience with a modern language such as TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- At least 6 years of experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
- At least 4 years contributing to architecture and design of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 4 years of full software development life-cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Proficiency with LLM technologies and prompt engineering development patterns.
Benefits
- Annual base pay range of $135,000 to $190,000.
