Responsibilities
- Define and enforce coding standards, design principles, and engineering best practices across MEAN stack and React Native projects.
- Review and approve architectural designs for scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and establish metrics for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Design end-to-end solutions integrating front-end, back-end, and mobile components for complex enterprise systems.
- Champion microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions.
- Mentor developers and lead engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams on technology decisions.
- Drive test automation, CI/CD implementation, and robust testing strategies with QA teams.
- Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and practices to improve engineering productivity and product quality.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience with expertise in the MEAN stack and React Native.
- Proven track record delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Experience as a technical lead, architect, or principal engineer working with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in React Native and familiarity with hybrid frameworks such as Flutter.
- Strong experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and application integration.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and team-inspiration abilities.
- Cloud architecture or relevant development certifications are preferred.
