Base Salary
$235k - $352k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead ML initiatives across the autonomy stack with minimal oversight.
- Design, train, and productionize state-of-the-art machine learning models.
- Build behavior and planning models that generalize to new cities and vehicle platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop holistic solutions to autonomy challenges.
- Own the full model lifecycle, including data, training, and evaluation.
- Mentor engineers and researchers, raising the technical bar of the team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning systems.
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field.
- Strong foundations in machine learning and ability to apply state-of-the-art techniques.
- Understanding of the full ML development cycle from data collection to deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across teams.
