Base Salary
$140k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and oversee scalable, secure full-stack solutions integrating Generative AI capabilities.
- Guide cross-functional engineering teams building end-to-end web and mobile applications.
- Integrate LLMs, transformers, generative image models, and generative text models into business products.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers to deliver AI experiences.
- Establish architecture best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption and implementation strategies.
- Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure solutions meet applicable security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead complex engineering projects from conception through production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, .NET, cloud computing, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on expertise deploying and scaling Generative AI models, including OpenAI, Hugging Face, and custom LLMs.
- Strong understanding of microservices, API design, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, NoSQL and SQL databases, and real-time data processing.
- Track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects to production.
- Preferred knowledge of agentic AI concepts and frameworks, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, custom model deployment, ethical AI, responsible AI governance, AI-powered chatbots, recommendation engines, creative content tools, MLOps, model monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, innovation, and continuous-learning skills.
