Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Build and optimize models for NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and LLM-powered applications.
- Develop production-ready APIs, services, and scalable data pipelines to integrate AI capabilities.
- Evaluate model performance, reliability, and business impact using metrics and experimentation frameworks.
- Implement MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, retraining, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify use cases and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Track emerging AI trends and recommend practical adoption strategies.
- Mentor engineers and strengthen AI architecture, experimentation, and software engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2–3 years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
- Strong Python capability and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Grounding in machine learning fundamentals, feature engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation.
- Experience building and deploying models on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Data engineering fundamentals, including SQL and scalable data pipelines.
- Experience developing applied solutions using LLMs, generative AI, NLP, or related approaches.
- Clear communication skills for shaping requirements and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
