Responsibilities
- Advise teams on using technology to develop business solutions and improve delivery velocity.
- Develop complex execution strategies and analyze, design, and document business products and solutions.
- Analyze and develop software products, including designing, coding, automating, and running tests.
- Establish development methods, design patterns, procedures, and IT technology choices.
- Lead documentation teams preparing training for peers and users.
- Collaborate with business partners and architects to understand objectives and standardize solutions.
- Identify system optimization opportunities and assess their potential impacts.
- Analyze, diagnose, follow up on, and resolve highly complex operational and conceptual problems during major incidents.
- Represent teams in dealings with executive management, partners, and outside organizations.
- Serve as an expert advisor, subject matter expert, go-to person, and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of French is required.
- Strong action orientation, customer focus, interpersonal savvy, strategic mindset, nimble learning, and commitment to differences are required.
