Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and responsive enterprise web applications using React and Node.js.
- Build reusable, testable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components with React and TypeScript.
- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain backend services and REST APIs.
- Work with NoSQL databases on data storage, retrieval, modeling, and performance optimization.
- Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, monitor application behavior, and improve performance across front-end, backend, integration, and data layers.
- Automate build, testing, and deployment processes and contribute to CI/CD improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, defect resolution, production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and post-release validation.
- Collaborate with product, quality assurance, engineering, business, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrated experience developing scalable enterprise web applications, reusable UI components, REST APIs, backend services, and data-management solutions.
- Experience with performance tuning, debugging, monitoring, optimization, build automation, CI/CD, testing, code reviews, and production support.
- Understanding of component architecture, state management, data modeling, secure API design, access control, input validation, and data protection.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant education and professional experience may be considered.
- Preferred qualifications include banking or retail application experience, Agile/Scrum exposure, relevant web development, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud, DevOps, or Agile certifications, and experience with data migration, scaling, monitoring, and automated quality checks.
