Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, presales workshops, and customer consultations to understand business processes, pain points, and strategic outcomes.
- Define end-to-end solution architectures across Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, including integrations, data, security, reporting, and non-functional requirements.
- Produce solution options, estimates, Statements of Work, proposals, Rough Order of Magnitude documents, and high-level designs.
- Advise customers on fit-to-standard approaches, solution governance, implementation roadmaps, and Microsoft technology usage.
- Lead solutioning and commercial responses for bids, proposals, and RFPs.
- Partner with consultants, architects, developers, data specialists, and project teams to support successful delivery.
- Provide architecture assurance during delivery and help manage design decisions, risks, dependencies, and scope.
- Mentor others, create reusable assets, contribute thought leadership, and identify new customer opportunities.
Requirements
- Significant experience designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong functional and solution architecture knowledge across finance and supply chain capabilities including financial management, procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, asset management, or project operations.
- Proven experience leading discovery, fit-to-standard, and solution design workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technology ecosystem, including Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure integration services, reporting, security, and data migration considerations.
- Experience producing estimates, ROMs, Statements of Work, proposals, architecture artefacts, and high-level solution designs for mid-sized and enterprise customers.
- Commercial acumen and experience shaping, scoping, and pricing implementation, enhancement, and advisory engagements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Power Platform, or Azure are desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft’s Success by Design framework, architecture reviews, Dynamics 365 implementation methodologies, application lifecycle management, or the One Version release model is desirable.
- Experience with complex commercial arrangements, enterprise transformation programmes, or multidisciplinary bid teams is desirable.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Commerce, Human Resources, or Business Central is desirable.
