Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative systems for ads serving and indexing.
- Establish the tech strategy and roadmap for Ads, balancing short-term and long-term needs.
- Architect complex systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and collaborative problem-solving.
- Build synergies with other engineering teams and represent Ads in company-wide forums.
- Contribute to company-level tech initiatives as a senior engineering leader.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in systems engineering.
- Deep expertise in infrastructure and systems technologies.
- Proficiency in systems programming languages like Go, Rust, or C++.
- Ability to communicate effectively at senior engineering levels.
