Base Salary
$190k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own frontend architecture foundations, including shared component systems and UI primitives.
- Translate system-level design direction into reusable React components.
- Establish and enforce accessibility standards across the platform.
- Improve performance across high-volume operational workflows.
- Design and implement human-in-the-loop interaction primitives for AI features.
- Collaborate with product pods to shape implementation strategy and maintain frontend consistency.
- Continuously refactor existing surfaces to enhance usability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building complex SaaS frontend systems in React and TypeScript.
- Experience designing or maintaining a shared design system.
- Strong systems thinker focused on reusable patterns rather than one-off pages.
- Deep familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Ability to translate design intent into durable technical abstractions.
- Experience collaborating with product designers in fast-paced environments.
- Startup-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and speed.
