Responsibilities
- Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable solutions.
- Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform, including AI agents and workflows.
- Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document patterns for reuse.
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows that address specific agency needs.
- Assess workflows onsite and define what to build based on identified friction.
- Capture customer insights and share field intelligence with Product and Engineering.
- Maintain a consistent onsite presence to stay connected with agency operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles or operational transformation.
- Proven experience in building working automations and integrations in customer environments.
- Strong communication skills with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate competing priorities in fast-changing environments.
- Comfort working across hardware, software, cloud, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance.
