Responsibilities

  • Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
  • Design, configure, integrate, extend, test, and ship tools on Axon’s platform, including agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
  • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows involving agents, prompts, RAG, and evaluations, then drive hands-on adoption with users.
  • Own deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing customer success while measuring usage, workflow impact, and mission outcomes.
  • Assess operational workflows, define success metrics and baselines, lead mission reviews and strategic planning, and build relationships with agency leadership.
  • Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
  • Capture customer insights and workflow patterns, influence product roadmaps, and turn successful builds into reusable playbooks.
  • Maintain consistent onsite presence, track customer success metrics, and support Sales-to-Post-Sales onboarding and handoff.

Requirements

  • Typically 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments.
  • Proven experience shipping working automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments, including configuring products and writing integration logic.
  • Ability to work across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled technologies, and integrated systems.
  • Strong communication skills with technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff in mission-critical environments.
  • Ability to own ambiguous, fast-changing work and navigate priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards.
  • Former law enforcement or military experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in public safety, law enforcement, corrections, or other mission-critical operational environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Records, Evidence, digital workflows, AI-enabled platforms, or integrated public-safety ecosystems is preferred.
  • Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or operational transformation at scale is preferred.
