Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web, Salesforce, and enterprise applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Develop and maintain Playwright automation scripts and reusable test utilities.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD build processes and maintain reliable, high-coverage automation suites.
Identify, track, validate, and resolve defects using defect management tools.
Participate in test strategy and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and program managers throughout the development lifecycle.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality engineering best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Strong manual testing and Playwright-based automation experience.
Experience testing AI-powered applications such as Copilot, Claude, GenAI, AgenticAI, and ChatGPT.
Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience testing web applications and APIs, including API testing with tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA and TestRail.
Professional proficiency in English and experience mentoring junior QA engineers.
Performance or security testing experience is a plus.
