Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for Customer Care and Onboarding workflows.
- Lead technical design and architecture for Salesforce initiatives, establishing best practices.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP web services.
- Mentor team members on Salesforce development best practices and provide code reviews.
- Contribute to deployment processes, including merge management and ensuring test coverage.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and performance issues across the Salesforce platform.
- Leverage AI-augmented development tools to enhance development velocity and code quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience in an enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform configuration.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce platform features including security models and data modeling.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, including REST/SOAP web services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery and manage dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
