Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and enhancement of software applications.
- Own project lifecycle activities and coordinate stakeholders to drive successful solution delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using appropriate integration techniques and tools.
- Oversee implementation of best practices and adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and workflows.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting ServiceNow to enterprise systems.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and its impact on IT operations management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
