Responsibilities
- Design scalable, distributed .NET systems optimized for high-volume multilingual textual and audio data.
- Architect secure API integrations and middleware connecting .NET workflows with translation models, LLMs, and custom NLP pipelines.
- Analyze existing translation management tools and build a configurable product suite or platform for customer-specific localization needs.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural blueprints for AI-assisted localization pipelines.
- Lead technology teams and provide developer mentoring, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 to 12+ years of software development experience, including at least three years in a dedicated .NET architecture role.
- Hands-on system design experience building large, complex microservices-based solutions.
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Java, ReactJS, and asynchronous programming patterns.
- Experience integrating AI frameworks, vector databases, or cognitive services such as Azure OpenAI and Semantic Kernel into .NET applications.
- Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, message brokers, and large-scale dataset storage, including Azure or AWS and RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Experience with Agile processes and industry-standard SDLC methodologies.
