Responsibilities
- Embed with customers from kickoff through go-live and ongoing operations.
- Map workflows on the Duvo platform and identify automation and process-improvement opportunities.
- Redesign broken processes and translate business logic into agent actions, rules, exceptions, and fallbacks.
- Configure and deploy agents against ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, email, and custom customer tools.
- Write integration code, scripts, prototypes, data transformations, and other glue needed for deployments.
- Debug live agents in production and iterate toward measurable customer outcomes.
- Lead working sessions, manage stakeholder relationships, challenge poor scope, and explain technical trade-offs.
- Capture reusable patterns, templates, and runbooks and provide workflow insights to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience shipping against real customer environments.
- Experience building, deploying, or operating AI and agentic systems in customer-facing settings is prioritized.
- Background in forward-deployed or solutions engineering, applied AI or ML engineering, AI or automation consulting, or operations or product roles involving shipped AI tooling.
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, evaluations, MCP, and retrieval.
- Comfort with SQL, Python or JavaScript scripting, APIs, JSON, webhooks, and light data work.
- Strong systems thinking, engineering judgment, process design, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Retail, e-commerce, CPG, ERP, and enterprise operations experience are beneficial.
