Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural direction and technical governance for backend services.
- Build and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices using C# and .NET 6+.
- Optimize complex database schemas and SQL Server query performance.
- Evaluate engineering talent through technical interviews and code assessments.
- Design resilient distributed systems on Google Cloud Platform with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional backend software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer, or Software Architect role.
- Expert mastery of C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, SQL Server, GCP, Docker, and Git.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to mentor without authority.
- Advanced English proficiency with strong communication skills.
