Responsibilities
- Review and validate the architecture and technical design of Appian solutions.
- Ensure development best practices, performance, maintainability, security, and scalability standards are applied.
- Analyze integrations, data models, security controls, and deployment processes.
- Evaluate the quality of developments and reusable Appian platform components.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure solution quality and scalability.
- Define technical recommendations and follow up on agreed actions.
- Contribute to evolving the operating model to support the progressive addition of new processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Appian in complex, large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of architecture, development, integrations, security, and performance.
- Experience leading technical reviews and ensuring solution quality.
- Ability to identify risks, propose improvements, and ensure platform scalability.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Appian certification such as Lead Developer or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience as an Appian Architect, Technical Lead, or Lead Developer is preferred.
- Banking-sector or highly regulated-environment experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of DevOps, systems integration, and technical governance is preferred.
