Base Salary
$207k - $272k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Solution Engineers supporting the SLED Central Region business.
- Partner with sales leadership and channel partners to achieve regional quota targets and close business.
- Set territory go-to-market strategy with revenue leaders.
- Lead customer evaluations, demonstrations, labs, proofs of concept, presentations, and demos.
- Escalate customer feedback and product gaps to executive staff.
- Collaborate with prospects, customers, sales, product, engineering, marketing, and services teams.
- Source and screen candidates and manage the interview process.
- Act as a player/coach by working directly with the team on customer engagements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales or engineering capacity.
- 2+ years of direct frontline management experience, including hiring, training, and retaining talent.
- Industry expertise in data warehousing, data engineering, data science, business intelligence, data analytics, and/or cloud computing.
- Snowflake experience is strongly preferred.
- Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences, including whiteboarding, presentations, and demos.
- Ability to connect customer mission problems with Snowflake solutions.
- A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
