Responsibilities
- Implement high-fidelity product and marketing designs as responsive, accessible, and performant web experiences.
- Build and own major parts of the web application, including video review, search, edge-case exploration, and customer workflow interfaces.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to prototype, iterate, and ship frontend features quickly.
- Collaborate with the founding designer to explore interaction patterns and refine visual details.
- Ensure frontend experiences are robust, intuitive, reliable, bug-free, and performant.
- Rapidly test UI ideas, animations, and layouts and iterate based on results.
- Help shape the frontend stack, architecture, and best practices for scalable product development.
Requirements
- Strong frontend portfolio demonstrating shipped product UIs, dashboards, complex web applications, or high-quality websites.
- Deep experience with React and modern frontend frameworks, with Next.js preferred.
- Strong command of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Track record of shipping quickly in fast-moving environments.
- Comfort working from Figma and collaborating closely with designers.
- Strong attention to visual detail, animations, interactions, correctness, and performance.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate development and experimentation.
- Clear communication skills and a bias toward action.
- Preferred: experience with data-heavy or visualization-rich interfaces.
- Preferred: familiarity with Tailwind, Framer Motion, or similar UI and animation libraries.
- Preferred: experience building internal tools or B2B/developer-facing products.
- Preferred: interest in AI, robotics, autonomous vehicles, or other deep-tech domains.
- Preferred: startup or early-stage company experience.
