Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using C#/.NET Core in AWS.
- Develop scalable and secure microservices supporting SaaS products.
- Contribute to Angular front-end features and end-to-end functionality.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, system modernization, and legacy-service improvements.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and debugging while validating outputs for correctness and safety.
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Apply engineering practices related to security, performance, maintainability, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Approximately 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience in an agile environment.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET Core for building RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms and basic serverless concepts.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and basic infrastructure concepts; Docker and infrastructure-as-code experience are a plus.
- Some front-end development experience, preferably with Angular.
- Experience using AI tools for coding, debugging, or testing is a plus, along with the ability to critically review their outputs.
- Basic understanding of software security practices, including authentication and secrets handling.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
