Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end users to understand needs and establish a shared product vision.
- Lead technical analysis and design activities for microservices architectures.
- Implement development tasks while following clean-code principles.
- Participate in code reviews and recommend improvements to code quality and architecture.
- Define testing strategies and collaborate with QA and product owners on BDD specifications.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to end users.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
- Serve as a technical reference, support junior developers, and facilitate weekly technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement of the team's craftsmanship and clean-code practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of development experience in Microsoft backend environments.
- Experience working in an Agile context.
- Strong communication, adaptability, creativity, innovation, and autonomy.
- Technical experience with C#, .NET, microservices architectures, Azure, databases, testing, and CI/CD tools.
