Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within CRM environments and support CRM integrations with other systems.
- Document technical specifications and development processes.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and assist junior team members.
- Work independently and develop subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and experience customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot CRM technical issues and familiarity with integration techniques and tools.
- Understanding of database management and query optimization for CRM data.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
