Base Salary
$175k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain mission-critical services for the Crusoe Cloud experience.
- Partner with Product and Design teams to build innovative features.
- Build scalable, reliable backend systems for infrastructure resources.
- Contribute to high-level architectural decisions for the cloud platform.
- Develop automation software to simplify infrastructure deployment.
- Collaborate with Cloud Support and Engineering teams to align technical roadmaps.
- Guide fellow engineers through design reviews and code quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with modern compiled languages.
- Proven track record in designing and maintaining fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Strong fundamentals in microservices architecture and cloud-native tools.
- Passion for building intuitive tools that impact customer success.
- Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms for scaling challenges.
- Experience in mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts.
