Responsibilities

Create, modify, test, debug, and maintain product models in the product configurator.
Support configurator users by answering questions, resolving technical problems, and escalating issues to technical administrators.
Recommend improvements to product model implementation and platform enhancements based on findings and user feedback.
Participate in requirements analysis, specification development, and model reviews as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to create training materials and user guides.

Certificate of Higher Education in IT or Engineering.
2–5 years of software development experience with Tacton CPQ.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience with product configurators, selectors, or guided-selling solutions is an asset.
Ability and interest to quickly learn the data center industry and related business processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team.
