Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale automation and AI solutions.
- Define architecture standards, engineering best practices, and governance processes for automation and platform solutions.
- Partner with business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business and modernization goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend approaches that improve delivery, resiliency, and operational performance.
- Guide architecture reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments across multiple engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers and technical leads and raise engineering standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, support resilient system design, and lead troubleshooting for critical production issues.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and supportable.
- Use AI tools and models to accelerate solution design, automation development, and delivery practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, enterprise architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, system integration, distributed systems, and scalable solution design.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Ability to influence technical direction and drive adoption across teams without direct managerial authority.
- Experience leading complex modernization or transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel as needed.
