Base Salary
$155k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define technical strategies for customer accounts with Customer Success and technical field leadership.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison to customer leadership and lead technical and functional meetings.
- Build technology proof-of-concepts and demonstrations across multiple cloud environments and platforms.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Immuta integrations, configuration, and policy construction.
- Implement solutions directly within customer technology stacks and apply Immuta best practices.
- Provide customer and internal technical support, contribute to knowledge bases, and relay field feedback to the Product team.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance are required.
- At least 5 years of experience as a technology consultant, preferably serving DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal Civilian government clients.
- Experience delivering on-premises solutions in air-gapped networks and integrating IAM systems such as PingFederate.
- Experience in data engineering or data governance roles.
- Strong experience with Trino, Postgres/RDBMS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Knowledge of cloud data architecture, data analytics, programming, identity-based data access, and data catalog tools.
- Ability to analyze complex technical concepts, communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences, and influence technology adoption and solution design.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and comfort navigating complex customer requests, projects, uncertainty, and changing priorities.
