Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration tools.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce solution designs.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Develop and deploy AWS Lambda and other cloud-native serverless solutions extending Salesforce capabilities.
- Build intelligent automation, conversational workflows, internal copilots, and AI agents using Python and LLM frameworks.
- Develop Salesforce features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Console, and Experience Cloud.
- Own the delivery lifecycle from discovery through deployment, including documentation.
- Create and execute unit, integration, functional, and automation tests.
- Support production deployments and perform root-cause analysis.
- Provide estimates and feasibility assessments for proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, architects, and engineers to align solutions with business goals.
- Mentor engineers and serve as Delivery Lead for projects while maintaining delivery timelines and implementation best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, process automation tools, and Lightning Web Components.
- At least 7 years of software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities.
- Strong Python development experience for automation, integrations, and AI/ML workflows.
- Experience designing cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, and Step Functions.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Amazon Bedrock.
- Familiarity with source control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to independently manage and deliver full-lifecycle Salesforce projects.
- Deep understanding of secure development and protection of sensitive data.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I/II or Service Cloud Consultant, are preferred.
- Experience with Einstein Bots, predictive analytics, Agentforce, Salesforce DevOps tools, multi-agent orchestration, workflow automation platforms, prompt engineering, vector databases, RAG, AI governance, or customer-service workflow automation is preferred.
