Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Salesforce technologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Develop serverless solutions using AWS to extend Salesforce capabilities.
- Create intelligent automation solutions using Python and AI frameworks.
- Design conversational workflows and AI agents to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.
- Provide estimates and feasibility assessments for proposed solutions.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
- Create and execute test cases to ensure solution quality.
- Support production deployments and perform root-cause analysis.
- Mentor other engineers and lead project delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- 7+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce products and best practices.
- Strong Python development experience for automation and AI workflows.
- Experience designing cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with source control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to manage and deliver full lifecycle Salesforce projects independently.
- Deep understanding of developing secure solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
