Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code and technical reviews, and promote development best practices.
- Identify and prioritize AI-driven use cases with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Implement ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence.
- Build scalable workflows, automations, and integrations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom development.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause resolution, and optimize existing flows, subflows, and automation solutions.
- Support estimation, technical planning, sprint execution, delivery management, and technical design discussions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance policies, security requirements, data privacy, and Responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience, including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, or Employee Center.
- Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and related AI capabilities.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI governance, and enterprise AI adoption patterns.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Script Includes, Business Rules, and ServiceNow development frameworks.
- Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical delivery.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Crew AI, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, MCP, or similar platforms and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience developing AI-powered solutions integrated with enterprise applications and knowledge repositories.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
