Base Salary
$86k - $127k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support infrastructure tooling and applications for Viva Engage.
- Build and maintain migration tooling for Viva Engage onboarding and legacy-platform transitions.
- Troubleshoot integration, onboarding, and operational issues and drive them to resolution.
- Partner with business units to onboard teams and communities to Viva Engage.
- Create and maintain production deployment, implementation, configuration, standards, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with SaaS vendor technology teams and vendor support.
- Follow change management policies and governance standards.
- Resolve escalated support tickets and participate in the platform on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with LDAP/Web Proxy Engineering, Security Architecture, Governance, and Compliance teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of application development experience using C#, .NET, and SharePoint.
- Experience building enterprise applications that interact with Microsoft 365 through Graph API.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and SharePoint Online Management Shell.
- Strong experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise identity integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical environments with multiple integration points.
- Strong communication skills for technical and nontechnical stakeholder collaboration.
- Preferred: deep understanding of Viva Engage integration with SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Preferred: expertise in SaaS onboarding workflows, lifecycle management systems, and automation tooling.
- Preferred: experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, e-Communications requirements, information barriers, data classification, data loss/leakage protection, HTTPS, TLS, digital certificates, web proxies, enterprise community platforms, and large-scale migrations.
