Responsibilities
- Own the backend architecture of FLORA's platform.
- Build a generation orchestration layer for scalability.
- Improve observability across generation infrastructure.
- Optimize the database layer including schema design and migrations.
- Make vendor and architecture decisions for new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a stable foundation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building robust backend systems.
- 5+ years of deep TypeScript experience.
- Proven ability to design and operate reliable systems.
- Experience with queue-based architectures and orchestration.
- Strong instincts for observability and reliability improvements.
- Track record of technical leadership and architectural decision-making.
