Base Salary

$300k - $400k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of scalable ML solutions for AdTech.
Architect and evolve the end-to-end machine learning pipeline.
Define the technical roadmap for AI/ML integration in the platform.
Develop intelligent systems using AI agents for campaign automation.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate marketing objectives into ML solutions.
Ensure system robustness and stability for ML services.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers.

10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with 3-5 years in a principal engineer or lead ML role.
Proven experience designing high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
Deep expertise in the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, and Python.
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Strong experience with big data and streaming frameworks.
Expertise with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
