Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across teams and value streams and guide platform architecture and design.
- Align technical decisions with business goals, programme objectives, engineering standards, and vendor input.
- Lead resolution of complex technical, operational, and platform challenges across organisational boundaries.
- Set standards for secure, scalable, resilient, observable, reliable, and high-quality solutions.
- Mentor Engineering Leads, Senior Engineers, and emerging technical leaders and uplift engineering capability.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading technical direction across teams and platforms and influencing architecture and engineering practices at scale.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and nCino platform architecture and best-practice designs for resilience, scalability, security, and operational reliability.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across engineering, architecture, delivery, business, and vendor groups.
- Track record of mentoring technical leaders and engineers and fostering continuous learning and improvement.
- Expertise in software engineering practices, quality engineering, DevSecOps, observability, testing strategies, reliability engineering, and continuous delivery.
