Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate secure power and data center solutions.
- Promote Transactional, 3-Phase, Cooling, and Edge solutions during specification and design stages.
- Develop solution proposals containing system architectures, capacity and design calculations, technical drawings, schematics, specifications, presentations, and value propositions.
- Ensure proposed solutions comply with applicable standards, regulations, codes, and safety requirements.
- Support installation, commissioning, and operational readiness of proposed solutions.
- Conduct peer reviews of data center and secure power solution architectures.
- Collaborate with sales, solution architects, design engineers, offer managers, business development managers, and bid teams.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance and best-practice support.
- Provide project and performance updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, Data Center Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in PreSales, Application Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Solution Consulting roles.
- Experience with secure power, critical power, cooling, edge computing, or data center infrastructure solutions.
- Proven experience supporting customer-facing technical engagements and complex solution design.
- Experience preparing technical proposals and supporting bid processes.
- Strong expertise in at least one Secure Power domain and a good understanding of data center infrastructure and critical power environments.
- Knowledge of end-to-end data center solutions, including power, cooling, monitoring, and supporting infrastructure, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry standards, compliance requirements, and engineering best practices.
- Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, build trusted customer relationships, solve problems consultatively, and work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in English and the local language, both written and verbal.
