Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design complex, transformational solution architectures.
- Serve as a pre-sales architect for complex solutions across business, infrastructure, services, and functional domains.
- Evaluate alternative architectures for cost, performance, and scalability.
- Develop detailed specifications and technical plans for cloud-based and on-premises components.
- Gather client requirements, perform analysis, provide problem resolution, and deliver proof-of-concept implementations.
- Create design views, reports, technology roadmaps, and solutions aligned with enterprise and solution architecture standards.
- Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of multi-vendor service and system integrations, software, operating systems, and infrastructure design.
- In-depth understanding of infrastructure and application software deployment and enterprise architecture practices.
- Proven service design capability covering Professional Services, Support Services, and Managed Services.
- Advanced specialist knowledge of reference architectures.
- Extensive experience in technical, IT, or operations roles within large-scale technology services environments.
- Strong client engagement, consulting, needs assessment, change management, and organizational transformation experience.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, product, delivery, and other cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
