Responsibilities
- Design, code, and implement scalable full-stack solutions using .NET Core, TypeScript, ReactJS, and Next.js.
- Define technical designs and contribute to system architecture, scalability, performance, and serverless integration.
- Build and integrate AWS services including DynamoDB, EventBridge, Lambda, and S3.
- Develop responsive, performant, type-safe frontend applications using React and Next.js.
- Design and optimize DynamoDB schemas and queries and synchronize data across databases and AWS services.
- Write unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, maintain automated test coverage, and collaborate with QA.
- Build and maintain GitLab CI pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership, lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve complex development and production issues and support end users and clients.
- Identify process, code, and developer-workflow improvements, including the use of AI coding assistants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience with .NET Core and strong AWS-based project experience.
- Production experience building frontend applications with TypeScript, ReactJS, and Next.js.
- Expertise with AWS services including DynamoDB, EventBridge, and Lambda, with solid S3 and serverless architecture knowledge.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitLab CI.
- A proven record of leading projects and delivering high-quality end-to-end software solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, and design patterns across full-stack applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across distributed, serverless systems.
- Mentoring, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code is desirable.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for serverless and containerized deployments is desirable.
- Experience with Playwright or similar end-to-end and browser automation testing tools is desirable.
- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
