Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Build secure APIs, optimize database design and queries, and ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready features.
- Drive technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers as needed.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, state management, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Hooks, and TypeScript.
- Backend development experience using Node.js, including API architecture, authentication, middleware, exception handling, logging, Swagger/OpenAPI, and unit testing.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB, SQL optimization, database migrations, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Git workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms, with AWS preferred and Azure or GCP accepted.
- Experience integrating AWS services and building scalable, production-grade applications.
- Experience using AI coding assistants and LLM tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and developer productivity.
