Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain mission-critical backend systems serving millions of users with high QPS and low latency.
- Collaborate with executive engineers, Product Managers, UX, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Build and maintain release pipelines, automated testing infrastructure, and developer tools.
- Use AI-powered solutions to automate diagnostics, optimize workflows, and improve developer velocity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Preferred experience optimizing and scaling systems serving millions of active users.
- Preferred full-stack development expertise involving mobile infrastructure such as Android, iOS, or Flutter, performance profiling, or developer tooling.
- Preferred ability to work effectively with feature teams and cross-functional partners to drive architectural and platform initiatives end-to-end.
