Responsibilities
- Design, build, run, and improve new and existing mobile products and features.
- Build sleek, high-performance Flutter user interfaces and complex mobile applications that ship to customers.
- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions.
- Write testable code and contribute to automation testing and high-quality software delivery.
- Make technical decisions affecting multiple teams and contribute to engineering practices through the Flutter Community of Practice.
- Share knowledge, collaborate with less experienced engineers, and participate in an autonomous multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Professional software engineering experience with Flutter.
- Experience with popular Flutter libraries, tools, and the Flutter lifecycle.
- Experience building and shipping high-performance user interfaces and complex mobile applications.
- Passion for building products in small, autonomous, agile teams.
- Passion for automation testing and experience writing testable code.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and LLMs to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery velocity.
