Responsibilities
- Design and develop Azure-native applications across requirements, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Apply AI-native development methods and GitHub Copilot across the software development lifecycle.
- Translate client business needs into functional and technical requirements for scalable applications.
- Build APIs, microservices, and modern application components using Azure services, Python, C#, and JavaScript.
- Validate application performance, security, and quality through automated testing, code review, and troubleshooting.
- Modernize legacy applications through refactoring, integration, and lifecycle maintenance.
- Interpret data, feedback, and technical findings to guide implementation and delivery recommendations.
- Support client conversations and workstream planning in complex project environments.
- Guide junior team members on technical tasks, code standards, and development methods.
- Document design decisions, development progress, and release activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Experience with Azure AI and application engineering across software development lifecycle phases is preferred.
- Experience building client relationships in technology delivery settings is preferred.
- Experience applying GitHub Copilot, Azure services, and modern programming languages is preferred.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable application solutions is preferred.
- Ability to interpret data and shape recommendations and delivery decisions is preferred.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and navigating ambiguity is preferred.
