Responsibilities
- Build persona-specific consoles, decision inboxes, review surfaces, approval queues, and commitment views.
- Make agent actions, reasoning, confidence, and required human decisions clear to users.
- Build live dashboards and executive value boards covering cycle time, throughput, quality, adoption, agent health, and cost.
- Develop backend-for-frontend services, APIs, and event consumers connecting consoles to the orchestrator and enterprise systems such as Jira.
- Implement enterprise authentication and authorization using SSO and OAuth while respecting data boundaries.
- Ship on the approved React stack with automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
- Establish reusable frontend and BFF patterns for components, state management, accessibility, and performance.
- Lead technical initiatives across teams and influence architecture, standards, and engineering direction.
- Use agents in personal workflows and provide feedback to improve the platform.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of large-scale production systems.
- Significant hands-on experience designing and deploying LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or intelligent automation platforms.
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks, testing strategies, and governance models for AI-enabled systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Strong experience with distributed systems, APIs, platform engineering, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven systems.
- Experience leading technical initiatives across teams and influencing architecture, standards, and engineering direction.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex AI systems to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience with MCP, A2A, LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
- Preferred experience building developer platforms, internal engineering products, or enterprise orchestration systems.
- Preferred experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and enterprise search.
- Preferred experience leading AI governance, privacy reviews, security reviews, and responsible AI initiatives.
- A strong record of technical leadership through open-source contributions, patents, technical publications, or industry speaking engagements.
