Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions using Python, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and automation frameworks.
- Build and implement AI-powered workflows using GenAI, agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Automate provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, compliance validation, and remediation across network, cloud, and security environments.
- Partner with Network, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities.
- Develop integrations across enterprise platforms and operational tools.
- Build automation solutions from concept through production deployment.
- Drive automation initiatives across multiple technology domains to improve reliability, speed, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong expertise in Python, REST APIs, Terraform, Ansible, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience building and deploying automation solutions into production environments.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies, agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, MCP, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies and strong networking knowledge are preferred.
- Experience with SD-WAN, particularly VeloCloud, is preferred.
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and Aruba/Cisco Switching & Routing is preferred.
- Experience with Azure, GCP, and OCI multi-cloud environments is preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale retail or distributed enterprise environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, accountability, follow-through, and proactive problem-solving skills.
