Responsibilities
- Automate tests using Cucumber and Karate for retail point-of-sale systems and in-house APIs.
- Create and maintain test matrices, automation frameworks, and existing scripts.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD workflows and execute them unattended in remote environments.
- Analyze, report, track, and support the resolution of bugs.
- Optimize test suites for performance and coverage.
- Develop supporting tools and contribute to automation scalability.
- Co-create user stories with Business Analysts.
- Manage repositories and pull requests.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to ensure reliable deliverables.
- Participate in continuous improvement and test-standardization processes.
Requirements
- 2 –4 years of experience in test automation and testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and Agile methodologies.
- Intermediate English proficiency for reading, writing, and technical communication.
- Analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- ISTQB certification is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools for automation is preferred.
