Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reliable, performant, and available software.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, and deployment across the software development lifecycle.
- Propose code refactoring and software architecture improvements and collaborate with system analysts and software architects.
- Review designs, prepare work breakdown structures, and estimate tasks.
- Communicate with stakeholders and assess and approve task acceptance criteria.
- Distribute tasks and coordinate the development team.
- Mentor and coach developers, share knowledge, organize student training academies, and promote knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to promotion verification processes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Consult on existing projects and prepare proposals and technical stack advice for new projects.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, on case studies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience with .NET.
- Basic experience with modern front-end approaches, including Angular, React, Vue, or JavaScript.
- Experience with WPF.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, including microservices and design patterns.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
