Responsibilities
- Build and maintain self-service data acquisition, annotation, transformation, and versioning capabilities.
- Facilitate data lineage tracking, data governance, and integrated data quality checks in transformation pipelines.
- Enable experiment tracking, reproducible runs, compute access, and traceability across data, code, and artifacts.
- Design and operate secure automated workflows for deploying models from experimentation to production.
- Implement versioned continuous deployment pipelines with parallel deployments and rollback support.
- Optimize model runtime environments for latency, performance, multi-cluster scaling, and multi-tenant operation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with MLflow, KServe, and Airflow.
- Knowledge of labeling or annotation tooling and experiment tracking tools.
- Familiarity with Triton Inference Server and OpenVINO Model Server.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD for ML, GitOps workflows, and automated deployment strategies.
- Proficiency in telemetry, data drift monitoring, and data quality monitoring.
- Strong Kubernetes and Terraform skills, including infrastructure automation and cloud service scaling.
- Solid coding skills in Golang or .NET, or motivation to learn either language.
- Preferred experience with data platforms, batch and streaming pipelines, Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake.
- Preferred understanding of data quality, data versioning, lineage tracking, Champion/Contender deployment models, and responsible AI governance and compliance.
