Responsibilities
- Design, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for camera-based perception.
- Apply transformers, vision transformers, convolutional neural networks, representation learning, self-supervised or semi-supervised learning, and classical computer vision.
- Improve model performance, robustness, generalization, computational efficiency, and inference latency.
- Write maintainable, production-quality code and support testing, documentation, code reviews, and reproducible development.
- Collaborate with software engineers, system engineers, validation teams, and AI/ML specialists.
- Share knowledge and strengthen engineering excellence within the team.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field.
- Practical experience with several of transformers, vision transformers, convolutional neural networks, representation learning, self-supervised or semi-supervised learning, classical computer vision, and large-scale model training.
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability, and optimization.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience writing maintainable, production-quality code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal English communication.
- Preferred qualifications include Rust or C++ development, production-grade AI solutions, Git, familiarity with ADAS or autonomous driving, automotive datasets, camera calibration, large-scale training infrastructure, and embedded or resource-constrained AI deployment.
