Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Locality Experts to identify operational bottlenecks and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Design, build, test, and deploy Python/AI automation tools and pipelines using Gemini AI models, prompt engineering, and RAG workflows.
- Manage domain configurations and execute batch issue creation and mutation scripts to improve operational workflows.
- Triage and resolve complex Level 2 workflow, churn, and policy bugs, including documenting edge cases and coordinating with Engineering and third parties.
- Conduct black-box testing, provide structured engineering feedback, and draft formal Tools Requirements Documents.
- Build and maintain PLX dashboards, monitor SLA adherence, analyze systemic issue clusters, and produce root-cause reports.
- Interface with undocumented data such as GTFS and support geospatial data processing, policy verification, and regional map auditing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of advanced Python experience for workflow automation, web scraping, and API interactions.
- At least 3 years of JavaScript/App Script, SQL, database querying, and PLX dashboard experience.
- Experience with NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, and TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with Java, object-oriented programming, and system-level Linux directories and debugging.
- 1–2 years of practical experience with AI applications, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines for autonomous AI agents.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in technical operations, software development, data analysis, or developer support.
- Ability to read and manipulate complex spatial and policy datasets, with GIS or QGIS experience highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills at least at B2 level and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- A product-oriented mindset, with the ability to independently take technical solutions from prototype to production.
- More than one year as a Systems Specialist Tier I is preferred.
