Responsibilities

  • Apply established software and systems engineering procedures, tools, and standards to routine development, configuration, testing, and support tasks.
  • Build foundational knowledge in a primary technical domain and learn standard concepts, methods, platforms, and team practices.
  • Communicate task status, questions, blockers, and observations to support timely delivery.
  • Monitor assigned deliverables for accuracy, completeness, coding standards, and system requirements.
  • Troubleshoot routine issues by following defined steps, validating results, and escalating nonstandard problems.
  • Coordinate requirements, handoffs, and next steps with teammates within a project or team scope.
  • Identify straightforward process or documentation gaps and share improvement observations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Less than two years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
  • Cloud fundamentals, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
