Base Salary
$83k - $132k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain firmware features for embedded storage products.
- Work with storage products supporting PCIe, NVMe, SAS, and SATA protocols.
- Support product solution validation and firmware release activities.
- Analyze logs to identify and resolve functional, performance, and data-integrity issues.
- Participate in storage product feature design and implementation reviews.
- Collaborate with hardware and validation teams on system integration.
- Troubleshoot low-level firmware and hardware interaction issues using DSTREAM and logic analyzers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical and computer engineering, or electrical engineering plus 2+ years of related experience, or a master's degree in one of those fields.
- Strong programming skills in C are required.
- Assembly language experience is desirable.
- Working knowledge of ARM-based embedded processors is required.
- Experience using AI/LLM-based tools for embedded firmware code generation, review, debugging, test-case generation, or documentation is required.
