Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve platform service modules and SDK areas for multi-tenant use.
- Perform deep debugging across distributed services and drive compatibility-safe remediation plans.
- Implement resilience, capacity, performance, scalability, monitoring, observability, testing, and maintenance improvements.
- Design, develop, debug, optimize, and document software features and services.
- Implement API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies.
- Lead code reviews and contribute to integration framework and developer tooling improvements.
- Investigate customer-reported issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend product enhancements.
- Coach and mentor others while advocating for customer needs.
- Follow secure coding practices, development standards, and software architecture guidance.
- Independently manage work, timelines, deliverables, and shifting priorities.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of software development, software architecture, API functionality, integration, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Ability to own moderately complex platform components and troubleshoot bounded distributed service graphs.
- Experience implementing resilience, scalability, observability, monitoring, API lifecycle, and interoperability strategies.
- Ability to lead code reviews, create technical documentation, and provide guidance to teammates and customers.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, analyze usage and performance data, and resolve standard and non-standard issues independently.
- Ability to apply secure coding practices and maintain software quality and development standards.
